With your subscription to a CamSportLive feed, you agree to these Terms of Service:

1. You must be at least 13 years of age to subscribe to CamSportLive, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

2. You agree to your credit or debit card being charged under the following rules:

   a. Your card will be automatically debited upon purchase of a product for the entire season. Should you elect to cancel your service prior to the end of the season, you will receive a refund for the unused months of the season.

   b. Any other terms and conditions outlined by our commerce partner Paypal.

3. You understand that standard text messaging charges do apply in addition to our alerts. Check with your mobile service provider.

4. You may opt out of CamSportLive service at any time by simply contacting us at cam@camsportlive.com. Any subscription cancellation must be made in writing prior to 11:59pm Eastern Time on the fourth of each month to receive a refund for the month.

5. You agree not to hold CamSportLive responsible if a text message alert does not get through the wireless network to your phone, or if you have a wireless provider that is not compatible with our system.

With your subscription to a CamSportLive feed, you agree to our Privacy Policy:

CamSportLive will NOT share your e-mail address with any third party. Your information is used only for demographic purposes and in order to contact you if there is a need to reach you.
